Administration Building and Bus Facility

This endeavor called for the simultaneous construction of two buildings on a previously heavily wooded site; which now comprise the overall facility. The District now runs their daily operations out of the 3,600 square feet of administrative office space. Directly alongside this area is 4,330 square feet of vehicle repair bays, which houses a full range of specialized bus maintenance equipment. The second building consists of 14,626 square feet of enclosed vehicle parking for the District’s bus fleet.
