Banton performed the vertical construction at seven stations along the CTfastrak rapid transit busway system. The scope included installation of the north and southbound shells as well as vaulted arches; which included architectural structural steel, custom glazing, stainless steel panels, teak benches, standing seam roofing and custom woodwork. The busway is centered around a 9.4-mile long guideway that links multiple Central Connecticut communities including Hartford, New Britain, Newington and West Hartford.
