This project was comprised of the complete interior demolition and renovation of the existing 56,840 square foot, seven-story residence hall. This included converting the flat roof to a gable style with structural steel and standing seam roofing. The project also encompassed the full replacement of the building’s MEP systems. Due to the building’s central location on campus, student traffic needed to be closely maintained throughout the project.
