Apartment Renovations

Banton performed the complete rehabilitation of ten housing units including hazardous material abatement, mold mitigation, structural framing repairs, new MEP systems and electrical services and complete kitchen and bathroom fit-ups. Banton also implemented a plan for installation of high-efficiency air handling and water heating equipment throughout the units. The new components served as a pilot project for systems to be used on all future projects.
