Captain Joseph W. Spencer House

Banton was retained to perform extensive renovations to the existing Dormitory & Residence Hall and Education & Training Center on Vista’s Westbrook campus. The project included the addition of ADA compliant bathrooms, bedrooms and community spaces. A new roof line was also constructed in order to accommodate the second floor additions. All work was completed while the building remained occupied.
