Gesmonde Law Firm Office Building

This project involved new construction of a high-end corporate space in the Mount Carmel section of Hamden. It also included the renovation of an attached historic home built in the 1700’s. The building was constructed along historic guidelines in a mid-1800’s Greek revival architectural style. Additional tenant spaces were also provided, which Banton returned to fit up as individual leases were generated.
