Captain Joseph W. Spencer House

Banton was retained to perform extensive renovations to the existing Dormitory & Residence Hall and Education & Training Center, which is located in a historic house on Vista’s Westbrook campus. The project was funded in part by the Connecticut State Historic Preservation Office, and Banton worked closely with the owner and architect to comply with all historical building guidelines.
