Swift Factory Tenant Fit-Out

Banton completed an adaptive reuse conversion of a 48,000 square foot gold leafing manufacturing facility. The Swift Factory building was gutted and fit out with food production spaces, an education center, shared office spaces and a healthcare clinic. Caution and attention to detail were utilized in order to preserve the historic aspects of the building. The reimagined building preserves a cherished piece of neighborhood history, while opening doors for economic and community collaboration.
