Sturbridge Commons Office Park

This project involved the complete site development and construction of a nine building office park. Designed and built to simulate a historic colonial village, this project now stands as one of Banton’s early landmark projects. Banton completed the buildings as shells and then returned to complete individual tenant fit-ups as the units were sold. The spaces would become the offices of attorneys, developers, accountants and architects; and as such, involved the construction of many high-end interior fit-ups. Some seventy percent of the trade work was performed with Banton’s in-house tradesmen.
