Madison Retail, Office & Residential Complex

This undertaking involved the new construction of a combination of high-end office, retail and apartment spaces in downtown Madison for a private developer. The project was a multiple story building that accommodated retail space on the first floor, office space on the second and apartments on the third floor. The structure was built in extremely tight logistics with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic; as well as active surrounding businesses such as restaurants, shops and a movie theater.
