Duchess Restaurant

This project involved the construction of a new restaurant with complete site development. The scope included the application of all interior finishes as well as the design and construction of the kitchen, serving and dining areas and an enclosed glass sunroom. Construction of a fast food restaurant has its own unique challenges including state-of-the-art security systems, computerized register systems, food service equipment, drive-up facilities and MEP systems.
