Bell Atlantic Mobile Central Office & Mobile Telephone Switch Facility

The project consisted of the construction of a new 40,000 square foot facility. Requirements included the development of a fully wooded five-acre lot, replacement of soils prior to construction of the foundations and full building construction with redundant utility services and hidden security features. This project is one that Banton is exceptionally proud of; as winter conditions in upstate New York as well as extremely tight schedule constraints were faced yet the project team still achieved success in achieving the owner’s goals.
