Rand & Nikki Pecknold Hockey Suite

Banton worked alongside Quinnipiac University and Centerbrook Architects & Planners to redesign the Rand & Nikki Pecknold Hockey Suite and Women’s Hockey Lounge. This project began shortly after Quinnipiac captured its first-ever Division I NCAA title, and included upgrades to the existing locker and team rooms.

The re-imagined space creates an innovative atmosphere by incorporating custom millwork, modern lighting, embroidered upholstery, whiteboards and flatscreen TVs, kitchenettes, counters with integrated charging ports, and full wall graphics. The newly renovated spaces will enhance the experience of existing students, as well as help the hockey program attract top student-athletes.
