This fast-track project consisted of the complete interior renovation of the student infirmary. The existing building is the oldest on campus and was converted from its former function as the university’s security offices. The project included the construction of new examination rooms as well as staff offices, a conference room, bathrooms and reception and filing vault areas. This was the first project in Quinnipiac’s history to pass the state’s Certificate of Occupancy requirements on the first inspection.
