Banton is seeking Licensed Electricians and Electrical Apprentices with experience in commercial construction for immediate employment. 10 Hour OSHA certification is preferable, but we will provide training to the right candidate.

Banton was excited to be back on campus for Quinnipiac University’s spring Career Fair this week.

We currently employ four QU alumni, and are always seeking opportunities to welcome fellow Bobcats to the Banton Team!

Throughout the month of November, Banton orchestrated a Thanksgiving-themed food drive to benefit the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen in New Haven.

It was exciting to see the food accumulating in our conference room, as Banton’s employees came together to contribute to our company-wide endeavor.

Several Banton employees then spent time distributing the food items and frozen turkeys to grateful New Haven residents to help them prepare for their Thanksgiving Meals.

Thank you to everyone who participated, this event would not have been possible without the support of all of our employees!

Steve Ryan, Senior Project Manager, has been an integral part of Banton’s success over the past 40 years.  His hard work has not gone unnoticed.

On April 27th, Steve was presented with the 2023 CCSU Construction Industry Award. At the end of 2022, Steve was also nominated for the AGC/CT CCIA Construction Manager of the Year.

His hard work and dedication have earned him a reputation as one of the industry’s leading professionals, and it is no surprise that he is recognized by his peers as well. We are grateful for Steve’s creativity, his mentoring skills and his overall expertise.

During the month of December, 100 coats were collected and donated to “Family Business,” a local nonprofit focused on improving the lives of Connecticut families.
