Westbrook Train Station

Banton was retained to demolish the existing buildings and platform and construct a new commuter station along Amtrak's New Haven to Providence Line. The work included the construction of new platforms and canopies, elevator and stair tower assemblies and a pedestrian overpass. In addition to the typical logistical challenges posed by any project located on an active rail line, this project also consisted of extensive sitework and utility relocations.
